Damaged lid

Bought this set for my wife it is a great set when we opened it and saw this lid damaged I was very upset

Great but Macys dropped the ball…

The grey color is a beautiful ombré shade and the nonstick is great. My only complaint is with Macys not the Rachel Ray brand. The packaging was severely damaged and some of the lids pots and pans were damaged due to that. The large pot was visibly distorted which causes the lid to not fit the pot and not a perfect circle, one medium pot was scratched. Would love for a new set to be sent or a credit to be given due to this inconvenience

Disappointed did not receive in time

Today is 12/27 and I still have not received my order. When i ordered it the delivery date was 12/23. This was my daughter's Christmas gift. So disappointed it did arrive before Christmas!!

Poor Quality

There's a reason why this cookware set is offered at 60% off. By the time the box arrived the set was already damaged. The handle on the large Pot was broken, the lid wouldn't fit because the pot is so thin it was bent. the cookie sheet was bent. I feel this set wouldn't last long with normal wear and tear. However, the blue color is beautiful. I would NOT reccomend this product.
