damaged/used stick shipped

I liked the idea of this product so I ordered it. Upon receiving it I notified the stick was all smeared. I don’t think it was opened during shipping since it was still I closed in package. So that means I was sent a used or damaged one. There’s nothing on order slip or Macy’s site abt exchanging this product. It looks like it was sent directly from company. So a company is knowingly sending returned/damaged items to customers as new. I lost confidence in this company since I can’t trust them. I don’t feel safe using a product that was previously used and returned.

Womens Jet Set Probiotic Multi-Stick

This is a great lipstick and blusher stick in lipstick-sized container. It stays nicely on my cheeks and lips and provides a soft shade that can be deepened with multiple layers.
