Information, please, of this package.

I bought them online on July 27 and today August 6th this package has not arrived at my house and it was for my husband that I completed the year on August 1. Yesterday I called Macy's customer service and they don't know where the package is, they just gave me the tracking number. So I don't know what they'll be like😔.
