Gorgeous but impractical

Ok I kept trying to get this bag to work because the quality and look is perfect...but it is way too small. It won't fit my phone! So it is impractical. I wanted it to work so badly....beautiful bag.

WRONG BAG! KNOCK OFF ITEM!

Extremely disappointed. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I received a totally different bag from what I ordered and what was advertised. Very unhappy.

Macy’s packing the worst

The purse is small but cute and I would buy the purse again but now I’m going to go directly to the store and buy it because Macy’s sent me the one that they didn’t want at the store all scratched up and stained. I am so disappointed at Macy’s for that poor customer service sending such poor quality purse. In another note the purse the material you can tell is delicate material so if you are someone that don’t know how to handle and care for purse I would not recommend the purse don’t get me wrong is cute and beautiful and heavy but delicate.
