Christmas

I bought these for my grandson for Christmas so as yet not able to give a review. However I will say that the headset was at a good price and I believe the JBL are are excellent products

Quality headset

I’ve always regarded JBL speakers as a premium product so I bought this headset not expecting the same since it’s a different design entirely. However I have been impressed by the sound quality and therefore rate this 5 star. Battery life is long lasting as well.

Great sound control

I bought this for my husband so that he can play his video games while I work on digital content - excellent noise cancellation and surround-sound like effects. We highly recommend!

It can be a complete waste of money.

It doesn't work with quantum engine feature for my computer running windows 10 64 bits, it means no surround effect. It works only with stereo mode. Searching on the internet it seems a lot of users face similar issues. Is unbelievable that JBL doesn't have full compatibility with windows systems. It should be warned in the product box and web page description (with big red words: IT CAN WORK OR NOT IN WINDOWS). I feel really disappointed. To me, it was a complete waste of money.

It only connects to things with a USB. Pretty lame and pointless to not have Bluetooth

Thanks for your inquiry. The wireless range is about 10 meters away from the dongle. Please make sure that it's away from any USB 3.0 device to avoid sound quality degradation.
