Broken plate

My plate set arrived with a cracked plate. The set was not properly secured or wrapped when it arrived in the box. However the color and quality is beautiful

Black is Most Striking for Highlighting Food

Sturdy, dishwasher ready and very attractive. I had 4 of the striped which were discontinued and thought the circular pattern in the same style would be fun.

I was disappointed in the look and feel of the dinnerware. It looked much more appealing online than it did when I opened the box.

poor shipping care

I was so excited for this set ! When my package arrived everything was shattered! I got them on special and now I can’t the price went back up. They need to be packaged better for shipping purposes

Exquisite

I ordered three sets in white. They all arrived safely, not one broken. OMG! They are absolutely beautiful. I also own six place settings of the Opulence pattern by Noritake too. I have owned them for over twenty years.
