Great value.

Looks great. Sturdy. I bought this for a custom lampshade, but the shade that comes with it is fine too.

Will do - shade is misleading

This is an OK lamp when it comes a base but the top part is way below average - it should say that you have to build your lamp shade from two metal hoop they give you and a rolled up piece of plastic canvas that snaps into the hoops - the shade part is worthless and I threw it away - will get a new attachment for the lamp and use a real lampshade. For the base alone I am keeping it as it was inexpensive and it is fairly nice - just know what you are getting.

Although it is a bit small for my living room, we will keep it because we liked it and might use it in another room. Firm and has a nice look to it.
