Gorgeous, well made knife.
I haven't had it for long, but it does a great job. It's a large knife, but is not overly heavy for those of us with smaller hands. I wanted a knife suitable for bigger jobs and this one fits the bill.

Beautiful knife and very sharp
I received this knife from Influenster to try, and I have to say I’m very impressed. Not only is the knife extremely nice to look at, but it also slices through my ingredients very smoothly. I find myself using less force when slicing meat, and it also cuts through hard veggies like carrots very easily. In the month I’ve been using this, I can also say it feels very durable and well made. I gave this to my family and it has now become a staple in my mom’s kitchen. I definitely recommend as a gift to anyone who loves cooking.

Study, sharp, and BEAUTIFUL
I was SO excited to get this product!!! I’m a huge foodie, and I cook all the time! I work in a bakery AND restaurant and I’ve never gotten my own set of nice quality knives! I nearly leapt for joy when I snagged one of the Japanese knives! It is SO sharp, which was expected. The knife handle is actually more of a dark brown wood rather than black, which is what I was expecting based on the picture. However, I much prefer the dark wood. It’s lightweight yet sturdy. It doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all. It’s heavy duty and cuts beautifully. I’m obsessed. I don’t stop talking about this knife!

Knife perfection
This is the nicest knife I’ve ever owned I’m one of those weirdos that truly only uses one knife for everything it’s ergo friendly balance perfection. It’s very durable cleans up nicely after use it’s very sharp so be extremely careful using.

Heavy duty knife
I received this knife to try in return for my honest review. I love the wood grained handle, and it has a nice weight to it. The blade is sharp, and we were able to make the cuts we intended. Nice looking knife. A good addition to my cutlery.

Sharpness and elegant

Balanced, versatile, gorgeous santoku knife
Absolutely stunning santoku knife. Feels balanced with a good amount of weight in the handle. The handle is ergonomic for long prep sessions and the blade is perfectly sharp. I feel like I can use this for all of my prep needs, such a great knife to add to your collection.
