Other occasion to buy:disappointing experience so far

damaged packaging, missing parts inside

the item arrived in an un-usable packaging with obvious signs that it was used and returned to the vendor. One important part (power plug) was missing and I cannot even try to see if the lamp is even working. Multiple attempts to reach Brightech, they do not provide a phone # on their website; they have a "contact" form which is not addressed immediately. They responded the next day asking me to wait until they mail in the missing plug. Still waiting.

Nice lighting options

It provides great lighting. The dimmer emits soft lighting that sets a nice vibe. It's sleek and light. I've had it barely a month but so far so good.
