Is this cropped

I am 5ft tall 120 lbs and this jacket didn’t even touch the waist of my jeans. It was about one inch above the waist I can’t imagine where it would end on even an average size woman. Maybe under their bra strap. Returned it. Ridiculous sizing. I expected better from Levi’s brand. Disappointed I need a jacket that will at least reach the waist of my jeans or hopefully a couple of inches lower
