Egregious error

We bought these glasses because they looked like one we already had and held a similar amount of liquid (12 ounces), Macy's website stated they held 11.25 ounces. The box the glasses were packed in also had 11.25 ounces printed on it. When I took one out, it seemed rather small. Too small. When I used a measuring cup, I saw that they held just 8 ounces. How could Macy's and the supplier both get this wrong? Total misrepresentation. I sent them back for a refund.

Basic glass

I bought this set to replace some of my own that were cracked. I was slightly disappointed with the size. They are being used by the kids but I wish the base was wider. They are your basic glass cup. I got them for a good price so overall happy.

Terrible customer service

We did not want these glasses and attempted to cancel the order online immediately but were not able to do so. We then did a chat with an agent who assured us that she cancelled the order. We then received the glasses a few days later and returned then to a Macys store. Awful customer service and we don't think we will ever order online from Macys again.
