Misleading Advertisement

The glasses were 11 oz. Four(4) of the glasses were broken.

Not the same item that showed on picture.

Item was not the same it showed on the website picture. On the other hand, I bought those glasses before but these time they send me relatively small size glasses. Unfortunately, 3 glasses my daughter broke, otherwise I would return them.

Egregious error

We bought these glasses because they looked like one we already had and held a similar amount of liquid (12 ounces), Macy's website stated they held 11.25 ounces. The box the glasses were packed in also had 11.25 ounces printed on it. When I took one out, it seemed rather small. Too small. When I used a measuring cup, I saw that they held just 8 ounces. How could Macy's and the supplier both get this wrong? Total misrepresentation. I sent them back for a refund.
