Never thought I would write a review
I never thought I would write a review but here I am lol. (This is just my opinion) I picked up the book because I loved king of wrath and I wanted to give her other series a try! I was really enjoying the book until it was towards the end. I hated how she ended the book! I really wanted Ava to choose herself and grow as a person, but no here comes Alex. Don’t get me wrong I love a bad boy but Alex IS a psycho!! So many red flags that I personally couldn’t ignore. I cringed when he sang and she forgave him 🙄 and in the same scene he threatened to kill yet another man that tried getting close to Ava. There was absolutely no character development for Alex. She (the author) could of sent Alex to therapy and a year later they could of met again, when both had healed from their traumas but the ending was rushed and that’s why I’m giving it a 2 😭

this was awesome.
At first glance, I honestly thought this was going to be a cute, light romance. The cover definitely fooled me because wow, was I wrong. Alex Volkov is the definition of dark, broody, and dangerous. He’s a protector through and through, with major “touch her and die” energy. Most people are intimidated by him, and for good reason. But Ava? She’s the only one who sees past his cold, emotionless exterior and into the man underneath. This book had me on the edge of my seat more than once. There were moments where I needed to know what happened next, but my reading speed just wasn’t fast enough. Between the action, the secrets, and the twists, the tension never really lets up. And the betrayal? Being hurt not only by your family but by someone you love hits on a whole different level. What really stood out to me is how this story reminds you that even the toughest, most closed-off men have soft spots even if they don’t show them easily. Twisted Love is intense, emotional, and way darker than I expected, but that’s exactly what made it so addictive.

I haven’t read in a while and when I got back to reading this was my first book since COVID and let me say my addiction is back and can’t wait to read more!!

My opinion
This book got me so hooked up and excited to read.. each book of the series was written so good ✨ it also helped with a book slump , easy quick but at the same time very enjoyable the kind that you don’t wish for it to end !! I hope they do an amazing job making the tv series!!

Not my favorite
Overall, it is a good enemies deliveries book just the perspective it was written and was not my favorite. I listen to the audiobook and honestly, I don’t have that many good things to say about this book. I just I can’t stand the perspective. It was raining now. If you love this perspective, it was written then yes would be a good enemies to lovers book but for me it just it didn’t feel right to read it the way it was written I press I prefer reading it from the characters perspective, not the authors so I honestly don’t have as many good things to say about this book, but you know that’s just my opinion not everybody has the same

Twisted Love was my first book that I fell in love
The characters didn’t fall to easily and the build up was definitely there. The story was written well and the anticipation was everything.

I Enjoyed this book, this was my second time trying to get into this series, and lo and behold I finished the book in less than 72 hours. While I enjoyed the spice I didn't see the plot twists that came along with it, and the ending was predictable, however Alex gave me Zade vibes when he started following her and then threatening to kill any man that touched her after him, which I quite enjoyed. There was a lot going on, so it felt fast paced, you just need to give it more than 15% to get into it.
