Where is quality control

Defect scratch holes through the glaze inside the bowls. Ridiculous at this price. Lenox used to be a quality company. I do like the design and may give it one more try to see if I can get a full non-defective set. Beware that you may need to order an extra set in order to have a complete set without defects.

Shipping problems

I didn't get a chance to use the bowls because they were all damaged in the shipping. Very disappointed. I ordered them because they were Lenox which is a great name.
