Wrong size with the web picture

The products I received didn’t match the web photo. I only received a size for 30ml refill which is not the photo on the web. It’s a fraud! I returned the items.

Wrong size was shipped

The web title is wrong refill is not 30ml It’s a full size. Web id and upc code should be changed. It is a big mass and serious fraud by Macy

Multiple benefits

Wrong size shipped and charged

I should have read the reviews first…The picture is for a full size refill yet they shipped me a sample size and charged me a full size refill price. So disappointed and frustrating. I now need to make a return… such a hassle.

Wrong Size

I have been using this product for years and was excited to see that Macy’s website had it on sale. That excitement changed when my package was delivered. They gave me a sample size. The sample size is 30ml which is described in the picture on the website. But picture and description are the real 145ml size of the refill. Returning my item was easy and the refund was quick. But it was the inconvenience of the return. I ended up purchasing from Bloomingdale’s.
