Toy obviously opened and pieces missing

This Barbie supermarket toy was to be a present for our little girl for one of her Christmas presents. Box arrived smashed, re-taped and pieces missing. Awful. Returning!

Product looks adorable but shipping ruined it

It was improperly shipped and came all opened. I'm so angry!!!! This was a gift for my granddaughter. Why can't people care about the job they are assigned to do!!!!

So fun!!

My granddaughter loves to pretend shop. This is a great toy for her. I appreciate that the toy was shrink wrapped and arrived in excellent condition. I've ordered from some other stores ( W and T) previously and the toys arrived with damaged boxes that look like a dog got ahold of them. This shipping experience was excellent!!!
