MESSY

I love the balms Clinique makes, but this one is a mess. It gets all over the sink and stains my towels. It does clean my face well, but I won't be going this one again. Stick to the original.

Amazing cleanser

Amazing product. Smooth and silky. I wash my face off with a warm washcloth. No need to use multiple wipes that never take off all your makeup! Skin left feeling clean and silky.

I truely love it!

Im 6o, and truely love this product, it works wonders taking yoyr makeup off, & I use it in the morning too! just use less then if I had makeup on and follow up with my second cleanse, my skin looks healthy and glowy, it use the 1.0 Lotion followed witb Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum. People complain that the Charcoal Cleansing Balm is old & rancid do to the smell, It is Not, the smell is the Japanse charcoal the smell isnt rancid! I love it my skin loves it the slught smell it has washes right off no linger in smell. I highly recommend this product BTW, we luved in Japan for many years, I learned alot how to care for my skin in Japan and people think im 40!

The origina is way better

I guess I got this in a GWP, just found it and used it. i personaly like the original, no charcoal better. I am not understanding what the charcoal does except get all over my face cloth. I didn't like the black color on my face, what is the point of that? And also the sample I got smelled rancid like another reviewer. Just a hard NO for me.
