Macy's shoe dept. SUNK to a new LOW

Macy's has sunk to a new LOW. They shipped the shoes in a broken box and they were tried on (used). Macy's shoe dept. did not have the decency to put the paper back in the shoes to keep them firm. The store states that they do not sell the shoes in the store. I want a new FRESH pair of shoes!!!
