Poor communication & customer service

Horrible customer service. They wrote my perfume up with20% off( the only reason I purchased it. Then sent it full price. On top of that, You resent a previous order that I had already purchased previously & had already... Who does that? It was not aurorized by me what-so-ever...now I have to drive nearly 50 minutes away to return BOTH items because I am traveling & can't put it in my carry-on & drag it home to return. I will think LONG & HARD before I make ANY future purchases at Macy's. I have been a loyal customer....but not anymore.

embarassing

The scent is lovely, however mine arrived with a scratched bottle and leaking sprayer. It had been thrown into the shipping box with no brand packaging; it was literally just the bottle by itself in the cardboard shipping box with a single piece of packing paper. How does this even happen? Would recommend the scent, but it's no wonder no one shops at Macy's anymore.

Do Not Purchase

Very disappointed!! Smelled this scent and tried it a year ago at the Jo Malone store in California, such an amazing frangrance with lasting power, so I thought :( Received it as a gift for mother's day, this year, 5/10/2026. I was very excited to wear it today only to be disappointed at the sillage... Scent does not last no longer than about 30 minutes if that. Unfortunately I will be returning back to bloomingdales. Scent is too expense to not last, a waste of money. I would have been better off purchasing a fragrance from Walmart.

Disappointing sillage

Beautiful fragrance with disappointing sillage. It’s labeled as eau de cologne but performed more like an eau fraiche. Absolutely, no scent after an hour. Wished it was a parfum, would settle for an eau de toilette. Will not repurchase.
