Not well made - heel makes popping sound

I absolutely love the look of these sandals but they are cheaply made and the heel makes a popping sound every time I walk in them so unfortunately am returning. Would have been perfect otherwise!

The Perfect Low Heeled Sandal!

I have searched for years to find a low-heeled sandal that would encompass style, versatility, and comfort, these are all that and more! I loved them the moment I slid my foot into the supple, luxurious straps. They felt like butter! I am tall (5’9) and have struggled to find a cute shoe that I can wear all day that isn’t too high, or make me feel like I’m wearing a torture device on my feet! These were love at first slip on!! I’m so glad I ordered them in two colors; navy and brown.

The shoe style is nice but was smaller than advertised. I compared it to other shoes and width and length are narrow and shorter than advertised. Not happy
