Two lefts don’t make it right

I bought these and they came just in time for me to head out of town. Guess what, they’re two left shoes. Who is doing the packing? Hopefully I can return the and get one right and one left. It’s already hard enough to find something to purchase at Macy’s. Found a good deal on these shoes, I was excited about the shoes. I go to pack them and find out they’re two lefts. Lucky me

Converse

How can you keep an item you never recieved? I never recieved the shoes and the app said 2 things ups never recieved shipping label and a month later it said delivered on Macy's app. The ups status was still the same.
