Tarte Eye Brightener

The product did not perform as expected. It did not go on smoothly or cover as described. It was very patchy and uneven. Unfortunately, I also had an allergic reaction to it, which I have never had with any other product, and both eyes were nearly swollen shut. Please make Sure you do a match test with any makeup prior to use to prevent the issues I had. It has been 5 days and My eyelids and under eye areas are still swollen, red, itchy and flaky. Text First!!!
