Item Never Received

Informed Macys that I did not receive the Zulay coffee brew maker on the date (Mar 25) it indicated it was delivered. Macy's informed Zulay Kitchen & via email Macys send me a message that I deal directly with the vendor. I have confirmed with the vendor they have my correct address. Macys emailed me to work with the vendor to resolve the issue for a replacement of the item which I already indicated to the vendor via Macys email that they can either send a replacement of the item or Macys need to refund me for it. To date (Apr 6) I still haven't heard anything from either Macys or Zulay Kitchen. Very disappointing! If Zulay is not willing to send a replacement of the item, please Macys refund me for the cost of that coffee brewer. Thank you.

Leaky Spout (NOT Clickbait)

Great in theory, but fails to fulfill the primary purpose, holding the liquid. It leaks like crazy and is essentially unusable. The coffee produced with this is great, but I needed something I could store, and this falls short.

I love it!!!

This thing is wonderful! Do not be on the fence, buy it! The strainer that the grounds go into is very nice and super fine. Everything fits together perfectly. The spigot does not leak and it looks adorable in my fridge or on my counter. It is slightly bigger than a quart jar, maybe a quart and 1/2. I am attaching a photo. The cold brew in the photo has only been making for 30 minutes.
