Clear crystal bracelet

The right size stones to match a heart shaped neckless. Closure is an advantage for older wrists.

My husband I bought this bracelet for pot daughter’s sweet 16. She wore it one month and it’s fallen off without cause and now it’s broken. The clamp is not working and Macy’s refuses to do anything. They’ve lost a customer because that’s unacceptable.
