Terrible fulfillment people!

I ordered black and white bag and received a brown one. Macys did that to me last month also when I ordered a blue necktie and received a purple one twice!

Not as nice as I thought It would be.

The leather seems cheap. Im keeping it but quite dissapointed in the product. Roomy and comfortable.
