Please help

Was very excited for this, but I think mine is defective? The motor doesn't work. I've tried lots of different AA batteries from multiple brands... no dice. I even tried putting the batteries in different ways than what's labeled. Has anyone else had this issue? Please help!!

Superb product

This works really well, silently and effortlessly removes the dead skin from the feet, without any trouble. It runs on 2 AA batteries and they last long. Build quality is also very nice. The package also had multiple sample skin & haircare items from Purecode. Worth every penny and highly recommended.

Great foot file with extras!

This is a very nice foot file. It is great that they includes 2 replacement files. I would definately Recommend this product.

Disappointing

Worked for about 5 min. Worked good for that 5 min. Just stopped spinning. Had to push button forward and keep it held down to get it to spin again. Very disappointed and wasted my money.

Purecode Pedicare

It's not bad, but it not as good as I hoped. The brand you can find at Walgreens or Rite Aid I feel works better. Maybe because the file is bigger.
