Poor quality

I bought these socks for my husband for Christmas. He has always liked the Gold Toe brand. After washing them he put on a pair and one of the socks literally had a hole in it on top of the foot...very disappointing. My husband then shared, 'I think their quality has not been as good as it once was'. I did not know he felt that way. Thankfully, these came in a 6 pair set.
