Lovely, smooth and rich

I use this cream whilst on holiday in the sun. It really hydrates and keeps my skin soft. On holiday, it is my night cream too!

Hyaluronic acid in formula

I bought this to add to my daily regimen because of the hyaluronic acid in the formula. It's fairly thick but spreads easily. Haven't been using it long enough to comment on effectiveness

Holy grail for cranky skin days

My go to when my skin barrier is cranky. I have sensitive, dry skin. I occasionally use retinols and vitamin C which makes my skin a bit cranky. I'll use this for a few days in a row to calm everything down and get my skin barrier back on track. Love it!

Perfect for Dry Winter Skin!

I don't understand the negative reviews because this is my favorite moisturizer ever (even more than the Hydra Silky Cream) f your skin leans dry or dehydrated, the Hydra-Essentiel Rich Cream is a total standout. I’ve been devoted to the Hydra-Essentiel line since its original Hydra-Quench days, and this version is my go-to when my skin needs extra comfort and nourishment. The texture is velvety and cocooning without feeling heavy or greasy, and it melts beautifully into the skin, leaving it soft, supple, and deeply hydrated. As with the rest of the line, the scent is absolutely divine, luxurious, calming, and unmistakably Clarins. The formula delivers serious hydration thanks to shea butter, cocoa butter, glycerin, and Clarins’ signature leaf of life extract, which helps boost the skin’s own moisture levels. It also contains antioxidant Vitamin E and dual-weight hyaluronic acid to hydrate both the surface and deeper layers of the skin, helping relieve tightness and dryness while improving overall skin comfort.
