Zipper broke in less than a year
I bought this suitcase at the end of July last year because I previously had a suitcase from this brand that lasted me almost 10 years and I absolutely loved it! However, this purchase was a disappointment because the zipper on the expandable section has already broken, and I haven't even owned it for a full year

Very happy with size and light easy to handle.
Design
The design, color is as advertised. The material is a little flimsy. Overall it's ok.
GET IT RIGHT MACY’S
I gave it 1 star because nobody that works in the store can take the time to measure a suitcase ~I order 2X and both times they sent a 26” suitcase from the store instead what I ordered the 28”. What an inconvenience to lug a suitcase back to the store because they sent the wrong size. I imagine it’s a good item however the rating is due sending wrong item 2X.

Dissatisfied
Very dissatisfied, 2 suitcases ordered anf only 1 has been delivered. Delivery date changed on 3 occasions.

Great looking carryon
Took to Hawaii and back. It worked fine in overhead and was easy to roll

poor quality
don't buy, it cracks , then when you complain to Macys they don't want to deal with it but instead tells you to call manufacturer , poor costumer service unlike other retail stores
