Broke Before First Use

I never even got to wear these. They broke and were not fixable. Unfortunately, it was past the return window.

Arrived broken

Pretty but arrived broken. Contacted customer service and was told a new pair would be shipped, expedited shipping and that tracking number would be provided. 14 days later and I have received neither a new pair nor a tracking number. Product itself is thin and flimsy.
