Okay lip liner

This lip liner definitely needs to be put on when your lips are very moisturized or else it will not blend. It stayed on for about 4 hours with no smudging, but after that started to shift on my lips. It is a strong, bright red color. It is an okay lip liner for the price point. Product received as part of an educational promotion.

This isn’t making a statement

The color is much lighter and more of a burnt orange than dark brown. Only statement was, “hate it.” It does however glide on nicely and blend well, thus the two stars.

Not as expected or described

No wine-ing is NOT the deepest brown, AT ALL! It's more of a, well, a wine/ burgundy color..still a pretty shade, but not at all the deep brown I was wanting and expecting. The. Whole reason I purchased the liner is because I wanted a really dark/deep brown liner for my skin tone.
