First time trying this powder

This was my first time using a skin product from makeup forever and i use ivory as one of my main colors when shopping for foundation and powders, and i can say that this color is closer to most ivory shades that luxury products sell, so it fit well with my skin color, it didnt look darker like other shades of ivory i have tried. Idk if its maybe cus its called 1N10 ivory, but i really liked the powder. However it felt heavy on my skin and i dont know if its because i applied too much or because its a full coverage foundation. I would use on special occasions only.

Texture good/ Poor skin interaction performance

The texture was nice, but then it sunk into my pores, I couldn’t get it out specifically on my nose. The coverage was very uneven.

Poor Pigment and Coverage

Very disappointed after all the hype. Poor pigment and coverage. The product had powder flaking all over the inside of the compact on first opening. It did not blend into skin but sat caked on top. Very much a low quality drug store product at a high price. And the compact is just cheap junk. I don’t recommend at any price point.

Need Refills

so much waste with these products, there needs to be a refill for the case. The case is currently designed to take a refill with an easy popout of the finished product

I’ve loved MakeUp Forever since the 90s

I’ve loved Makeup Forever since the 90s, but I'm disappointed with my recent purchase because the shade is way off. I wanted to choose the shade based on what i thought was the best match, but the shade finder insisted that it would be too light and even when i shared my current foundation brand and shade, it still matched me like 2 shades darker than my skin. It's so off, ai can't even wear it. Also, I feel the formulas have changed over the years

Love the product but what happened to my shade???

I love this product, in fact it was the first powder foundation that was an identical color match for me, HOWEVER, I can not seem to find my shade anymore , it was 1y18 I believe , warm cashew. Can you recommend a replacement shade? Anyone else having this issue???
