I like this product but couldn't get it delivered

I recently ordered this product online and was advised of the delivery date. It never showed up but the tracking information kept updating by a few hours at a time every day after the delivery date! Finally after a couple of weeks I wised up and realized the shipper had lost the product. I contacted customer service and was given a refund for my order. But I had used the "Friends" discount of 20% and would like to reorder with that same discount. Would you arrange this discount for me.? I would go to a real store this time , Please let me know your policy in this situation. Thanks for your consideration. Christine Torp
