Works for dark circles

The dark circles under my eyes are extremely visible and this eye serum has been the only thing to lighten them. It's also a really nice, lightweight texture for under eyes.

worse than useless

I used this product for the past couple months, hoping it eventually would start working, but it didn't. For the first couple weeks it made the skin under my eyes look crepey, and darkened the circles under my eyes. That effect seemed to dissipate as my skin grew accustomed to it, and now it has no effect whatsoever. This product is useless, and a shameless rip-off. I wish I could get my money back. This has also soured me to L'Occitane in general, although it's a brand I previously loved.

I would discourage from buying this item

I have been using L'Occitane products for several years but this eye serum sent me to eye doctor. I used this for couple weeks and then developed eye infection around by both eye lids, bad itching on the outer lids, developed dryness and wrinkles. My eye doctor told me to immediately stop using this product. So be cautious

Actually works!

I am 61 years old, with extremely sensitive eyes, I've had puffiness and dark circles for forty of those years. I've tried dozens of products and remedies over that course of time and regret that I've never invested in this one. It actually works! Not like a miracle level, but a significant difference is a good difference! And I noticed a change minutes after application the first time. Thank you L'Occitane for the free sample packet of the overnight reset eye serum! After continued use for close to 3 weeks-now I can say the product does what it claims to do.. I've been using the overnight reset face serum as well and that's improving my skin at an impressive level so much so that I plan to invest in additional skin care for my other concerns. Yes, I'm super impressed!

Worth it!

I have been trying countless products to counter the stress of 2020 sleepless nights that left dark circles under my eyes. My Lenox Mall L'Occitane rep/store manager Brittany put a couple of samples of this serum in my last order. I am going to text her this week to get on auto-renewal. If I am noticing benefits from a sample sachet, I permanently need this in my life.

Fantastic Serum!

This serum is excellent!! I have combination skin and the oil in this caused my forehead to breakout when I used it on my eyes. So I tried using it on my neck and hands instead. This stuff is awesome! It firmed up the sagging skin on my neck and the back of my hands are smoother. This is a miracle in a bottle! I use one pump for my neck and one pump for my hands every night. This is a fantastic product! I wish they had an oil-free version to use on my eyes.

I will definitely keep using this product!

I received a sample of this with other products I ordered. I have terrible problems with puffiness under my eyes. I used this product ONE night and when I woke up I had NO puffiness whatsoever! I asked my husband how my eyes looked and he looked surprised and said "What did you do?". I told him about the reset serum and he was in shock! I am very pleased with this product and my eyes look normal and rested again with no puffiness. My under eye area is very soft too. Definitely becoming a part of my skincare!
