wrong product sent

Item ordered was not item sent. We returned and received credit back. However we do want the topper ordered. Maybe someone at Macy's would be so kind as to ship the correct item in the correct size.

Sent wrong product

I received the wrong mattress topper and the size on the incorrect product was wrong. Returned the product and asked for the correct product to be sent but it looks like they are going to refund me instead.

Great pad

I bought to relieve the pressure off of my sudden new back pain and it took it all away. It's great! I was worried it would be too soft and it would not relieve my pack pain enough but it's so soft that it somehow works! It seems to be retaining it's shape pretty well too and I sleep every night. I have had it for a few months now

Excellent topper

This topper is perfect. It was time to replace my old one. This topper is supportive while being soft enough to relieve pain in my back and hips. I highly recommend it.

Great product!

Plush, memory foam, great for a sofa bed or regular bed. Ours went on top of a pull out sofa bed and our guests said it felt wonderful. Previously they did not like sleeping on the same sofa bed.

Used and dirty

I was excited about receiving my mattress topper, but very upset when I took it out the package and it was already used. It was dirty and cut. I will never order a topper from macys again.

Great Mattress

Just received it , going into a nursing home and will use it than. They don't give you a nice bed to sleep on so I hope this works and I sleep well.
