Macys Horrible Customer Service

Macys never shipped the dinner plates but charged me and refused a credit. I called them 5 times explaining I received the salad plates but not the dinner plates. Customer Service did confirm they were out of stock at one point but later called me a liar over $56.00. This is a Macys bad review not the dishes. I will never buy from them again.
