Bad shipping with destroyed product

The stubs were bent on arrival for the earrings. The stubs are completely bent, luckily I fixed it but worried it may break. The stubs are very short esp for the weight if the earrings. Needs to be little longer. The product came in Genevive pouch in a small flat package without the handle with care instructions. Looks like the weight of other items May bent them. When you are buying fine jewallary you expect to have good packaging with a box and some papers with authentication from the company. I buy from lot other companies online and received with product details , authentication etc. the package looked like it came from cheap company. The earrings were beautiful. I am keeping them. Hope they fix these minor issues in future

Bent

The earring came in a bag in usps. The jewallary didn’t come in a box , but a in a small jewallary bag from a third party company , not from Macy’s. Both the earring posts were completely bent . Luckily I could fix it. But Macy should have paid more attention how they are selling their fine jewallary. Even the cheap Jewry cones in box to protect it. Also the posts are very short. I am disappointed with the way the shipment came

Gorgeous but large and heavy

These earrings were absolutely gorgeous and substantial. They were too heavy for my ears so I sadly returned them.
