The sole came off the first time I used it.

The sandals look good, but when I wear on for the first time they almost completely fell off. I went to return them and Macy's did not accept the return because it is an authorized seller, to whom I have written on several occasions and have not received a response.

The shoes are very cute and just what I wanted! As a wide foot girlie these shoes are super comfortable and don’t squeeze your toes or hurt to walk in. Definitely recommend <3
