Not crease resistant
First: The eye shadow is NOT crease resistant, especially the darker colors. Once the crease line is there, it's very hard to blend in without wiping off the product. Second: my customer service experience: I returned a sharpener that was too narrow for my eye shadow crayon, forgetting about how MAC deducts $7 for shipping on returns. After the deduction, I received a $.26 return credit (yes, 26 cents.) What a waste of time to actually package it and bring it to a UPS store, let alone the waste of carbon footprint. I'm embarrassed for MAC that they would even do this. Most other companies (beauty or otherwise) have free returns within a certain period of time. Third: about this product. I ordered a similar one in a different color palette. The first one received had a loose eye shadow that fell out. The second one had a hinge that broke shortly after. Fourth: about the MAC products. I've been a MAC user for over 30 years. I used to love MAC products and used it religiously. Over the past 5 years or so, I've noticed a big change in their products from lip glass to eye shadows to the actual plastic palette containers. The products seem to run out quickly, lip glass seems more drying and non matte eye shadows build up too much in the brush, contour product hardened to the point I have to use the back of a brush to loosen it up, palette boxes breaking in the same location in two different palettes. I can go on. I've recently switched to other brands like Bobbi Brown, Lancôme, etc. The change has been incredible. Better products and overall results. I'm using up my current MAC products because I don't want to waste but won't be going back. Buh bye.

I absolutely love this MAC eye palette! The colors are gorgeous and so versatile—they're perfect for an everyday look but can easily be built up for a more dramatic nighttime look too. The orange shade is beautiful for adding warmth and brightness, and the green is absolutely stunning. One of my favorite tricks is wetting my brush just a little before dipping it into the green shade. It creates a rich, vibrant color that works beautifully as both eyeshadow and eyeliner. The pigmentation is excellent, the shades blend effortlessly, and this palette has quickly become one of my favorites. Highly recommend!

This pallet is beautiful, I have blue/green eyes and these colors make them pop. The pigments are intense and last all day in humid conditions.

basic and cute
The MAC Connect In Colour Eye Shadow Palette: Bronze Influence has become one of my favorites. The shades are beautiful, blend effortlessly, and the mix of mattes and shimmers makes it easy to create both everyday and glam looks. The colors last well throughout the day, especially with primer. Overall, it's a versatile palette with great pigmentation and quality.

Worth buying this tremendous pallet
Great pallet with mix of matt and shimmer, blends effortlessly and pigmented. Doesnt make mess like others eye shadow the formula is amazing easy to apply .definitely one of my favorite MAC pallets z❤️❤️🩷💄

Beautiful blend of colors
Just purchased this lovely palette of eyeshadow and love the lovely, vibrant colors. They blend so well, go on smoothly and certainly highlight my eyes.
