Tight arms, but great jacket!

I purchased an XL which is generally perfect in most brands. This jacket has a nice length (its not too cropped) and i love the satin fabric. The arms are VERY narrow. I will never be able to wear long sleeves under it. But luckily I knew that based on other reviews. I dont think i would buy it in another color, but i am happy to own it and did not return based on the skinny arms.

Order Up, then up again

Its hard for me to give this jacket the fairest review. Color is great, fabric is great but the fit is just too off. I read to size up, and so I did. I wore this out to get to dinner and i just don't know when I could wear it again. The fabric gives zero pull, so even though it "looks" fine on me, it just is way too tight. It doesn't have the classic looser fitting look i was hoping for and even the sleeves wont roll up to give a different style. Again, look like it fits but you can't really work with the jacket from there. Excited to have it, just bummed it didn't work out the way I was hoping. Better sizing suggesting from M. O site would be super helpful

Wanted to love.

Great jacket, just not the fit I was hoping for. I am smaller on top, usually clothing is loose on me in the back through waist. This was the opposite. It fit fine, but not in upper body movement. i.e., crossing arms in front as a test of roominess in the back. It was a tad restricted. I am generally a medium in tops, jackets, sweaters, etc. I liked the way the Medium looked as far as length and width, but the Large fit better up the upper back area (where I am the smallest) but hit longer in my hip area. I was wanting more of a lower waist fit. Sadly, returned both sizes. FYI: the returns take a long time to process so you'll need to be patient if you return.

Enduring classic

I was too young in the '80s when these jackets were first popular, but I definitely remember them. I'm so glad they're back! The fit is great; I'm a solid S in outerwear (petite, 28" waist) and the S fits perfectly with a little room.
