Very Disappointed!

Very disappointed with this order. The chocolate arrived completely melted and smashed into an unrecognizable mess. It looked nothing like what was advertised and honestly seemed like no care was taken during packaging or shipping. For the price Macy’s charges, I expected much better quality control and proper temperature-safe delivery. I would not order chocolate from here again.

Melted mess

They were shipped tightly in a flimsy envelope so they were a melted mess. They should have been packed in a box with bubble wrap. I do not recommend this product and would return them if I could.

Graduation gift!

I bought these kisses for my son’s graduation, and they were perfect. They arrived very well packed, not a single piece was melted or damaged. They arrived very shopping was quick, and the chocolates were fresh. It made a great simple gift for his big day.🫶🏻 Highly recommend!!!!
