Poor Customer service at Tervis
I'm very disgusted with the seam on this glass that is pulled away. Tervis Customer service is terrible! I have over 20 Tervis Tumblers, some very well used, and they don't look like this one. Customer service says that it's the way it's supposed to look. ANGRY!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. When producing the tumblers the seam is not sealed down. Because the tumbler is designed for both hot and cold beverages, the wrap must be free in the tumbler to expand and contract with the temperature of your beverage. If the wrap was sealed down, this would cause the wrap to buckle. The wrap will lay more flat over time.
