Item was not placed in a box

I ordered this steam press as a Christmas present for my son. It arrived as is not even placed in a box and it looked like it had been thrown.

Died after one month of use.

I was very disappointed. It died on me after less than two months of use. What a waste of money! I loved it when it worked.

Good little steam press

So far works as advertised. It doesn’t have the largest pressing surface but I don’t have room for anything larger. Heats up fairly fast and presses nicely. I use it primarily for bag making and ironing on interfacing and stabilizers.
