Coverlet and shams

I love the set but the zipper on one sham does not work. It's not stuck on other material. It only opens about 2 inches then won't budget. I'd love to have it replaced.Thanks you..

Pretty

It’s soft and very pretty but I feel it’s a bit thin. There were a couple of loose threads. Not sure how it will hold up but it’s in a guest room so it’s fine for now.
