Kamenstein 16 jjar spice rack

Arrived with broken jar that originally contained oregano strewn all over product packaging. Package not marked FRAGILE nor packed to absord impact being tossed, etc. Also no product documentation is included, so can I get a replacement jar oregano? Also, is their a 5-refill offer available per some customer comments??

A little disappointed

Ordered spice rack very nice but one of the spice's was broken try to retify the problem with both Macy's and manufacturer but to no avail, just saying 😔
