Classic Iconic stove-top expresso maker
I have had a six-cup Bialetti for two decades and it's never failed. I wanted to get this 9-cup as a gift for my partner so both of us can use it. It's excellent and I have no doubt that with simple, basic care that this one will last forever, too. This makes very good espresso-like coffee (I guess some people draw distinctions between espresso shots and the coffee product from a moka pot, but those differences are negligible, in my opinion). The coffee is excellent and strong. (You can make a beautiful Americano with it.) If you're unfamiliar with the process, there are tons of tutorials on YouTube with all sorts of tips. It's not scary at all. And you end up with these beautiful little cups of strong coffee. The white o-ring seals need to be replaced every now and then (maybe yearly), and are cheap and readily available because this brand is ubiquitous and will be around forever, too. The 9-cup refers to expresso-sized "cups," so you now. Enjoy!

We love our Moka Express
Never tried one before. These are fun to learn and do. We love the coffee it makes. Recommend the Aeropress filters and also have been using illy "moka" ground coffee. This pot is well built too.
