Reckless packaging / items damaged

Why buy from Macy’s online? Prove how naive you are? First order cancelled due to out of stock (so Macy’s cannot even show inventory correctly). Got a 25% off coupon for the trouble. 2nd order, same fate, out of stock. Had to call to get another 25% off coupon to place a new order since the used coupon cannot be used any more. 3rd order went thru. Waited 6 days, received with broken boxes, heavy scratches and lose base. Only 1/2 the box has cushion to protect items. Tried to return to store - the sales was in confrontational tone: “what are you returning?” Why does it matter, online return is accepted in store, black and white! Do Macy’s understand that people place online orders not because they are lazy, it’s because they are busy and have no time to waste! Then Macy’s waste such busy people even more time! Very smart!

Red bialetti looks nice but does not make coffee

I have used a bialetti for many years and when i saw this red one i decided it would look nice in my kitchen. I have tried everything to get it to work properly and finally decided it was the bialetti and not me! Returning it.
