Disappointed

I regret buying this. The dust canister is too small. Removing the canister to empty it is awkward and makes a mess, as some of the contents always spill out. Removing the paper filter inside the canister is even more difficult and non-intuitive. I have done it about five times, and every time I end up having to watch a YouTube video to show me how. The battery is not very big, so you can only rely on this for quick cleanups. It's very expensive to only be able to do quick cleanups. It does do a very good job of cleaning. It cleans our heavy carpets as well as our much larger vacuum.

Total disappointment

Do not buy this model!!! Battery does not last long enough, does not vacuum throw rugs, dirt does not come out of canister- you have to dig it out with your fingers. Most disappointing purchase I’ve made.

Good powerful vacuum cleaner

Impressed at quantity of pet hair vacuumed, leaves carpet looking really clean. Easy to use with around an hour of operation before recharging required. I would recommend this product.

A brilliant bit of kit. So useful and quick

This is such a brilliant product. Use it every day and sorts out several rooms very well. So much easier than the bigger Miele I have which is also excellent. Good to have both. Use the bigger one when needed.
