#1 Eyeliner Choice

Each color of this eyeliner is so striking and rich. I’ve ordered every shade throughout the years because it is so perfect for everyday use regardless of the occasion. It has long been my favorite of all the liners because it lasts so long, application is perfect every time and it has not once smudged or worn off (even during hot sweaty summers).
