Inexplicable

I ordered a Brooks Brothers dress shirt for a job interview and paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days) in an 18.5X36/37. Four days later, I received an 18.5X34/35. Too late for the interview, but I returned it and the store ordered it in 18.5X36/37. A couple of days later, I received another 18.5X34/35. If you don't have the right size, cancel the order and contact the customer. A 34.5" sleeve is not the same as a 36.5" sleeve. Now, I will have to go back and return it again. Inexplicable customer service.

Perfect fit

This dress shirt went perfect with my Navy Blue Michael Khor’s suit. I like that you can pair it with a suit or just casual wear with slacks. I’m 5’10 and weight 220, the shirt I got was 16x 35x 36 1/2.
