Disappointed!

I ordered (2) Brooks Brothers shirts this month. The first one was delivered last week in a nice Brooks Brothers box and enclosed in plastic wrap, very impressive! The second one was delivered yesterday in a plastic bag without any plastic packaging; just rolled up. What a difference in Customer Experience!!! I am returning the second delivery as it looks like someone's Return. I've been a customer of Macy's a long time and surprised to say the least. I'm sure a lot of time and money goes into the Customer's experience, a negative return on investment with the second shirt.

Quality Dress Shirt

I found the Brooks Brothers dress shirt to be excellent thickness so my teeshirt doesn't show. The button plackett is nice and flat. The cut is a little fuller but still has a little shape.

Check packages carefully

This shirt was shipped with a pen mark on the front. It seems as though whoever did that was trying to hide the mark with the receipt. Now I have to return this otherwise lovely shirt. Shame on whomever packed this shirt.
